Hailing From Argentina Toxica came into existence in 2013 and play a ferociously heavy brand of Thrash Metal, so far they've released an EP "Egoismo Autodestructivo" and a split with Code Red entitled "Caceria/Warzone" and this their debut full length "Ahogados En Contaminacion".
All the tracks(lyrically) are sang in the bands native tongue Spainish but don't let that deter you from giving it a blast as the album is fantastic, Just like their South American contemporaries Violator Toxica are a band that pay homage to the Old School Style Thrash Metal taking influence from the likes of Exodus & Death Angel, The blend of aggressive vocal attack,razor sharp riffs,blistering solos & socio-political lyrics will keep the listener constantly engaged.
I recommend any fan of Old School Style Thrash Metal to buy this album and get totally emersed in it,the band have a massive amount of potential and could be set for a very bright future, I for one am very excited to hear what the band has to offer us with future releases.
